if we give up our rights that affects all 280 million of us

I think a pretty high risk is required to give up our basic rights. But that is me. You probably have a different calculus. I wonder what percentage of Americans dies in the revolutionary war to gain those rights? And what percentage of Americans died during the Civil war? The deaths of 3,000 people, or 10,000 people, though very sad, is not enough to chuck our freedoms for- unless you value your freedoms a lot less than I value mine. And you may. You have every right to value them less. But so far I have every right to value them more. I hope that continues.
