Geez... you're not out trying to win new friends are you? <g/ng> ...this week it will be two years for me since I decided to bail. I still remember the call to my broker and how I felt... all empty... and how SI was so hostile... You think property devaluation is next? If that happens, we're in a world of hurt. NASD following '29 DOW with uncanny similarity. That'd make us about 2x overvalued right here. Your 600 NASD target, while frightening, isn't out of the question. I really hope we don't go there. John

The first REAL sign of the telecom trouble was pointed out here by bambs with the CAPEX decline.It took a while for me to catch onto what bambs was getting at , but once realized , I too knew the game was over.
