Do you have a link to a post from April of 2000 where you turned bearish and warned the uneducated morons?

Hey NYCB, If you think you're so damn smart, then what the hell are you doing wasting your 'valuable' time patting yourself on the back on lil' ol' SI?! Blowhard. LOL

Geez... you're not out trying to win new friends are you? <g/ng>

...this week it will be two years for me since I decided to bail. I still remember the call to my broker and how I felt... all empty... and how SI was so hostile...

You think property devaluation is next? If that happens, we're in a world of hurt. NASD following '29 DOW with uncanny similarity. That'd make us about 2x overvalued right here. Your 600 NASD target, while frightening, isn't out of the question.

I really hope we don't go there.

John

>>>In April of 2000, when I turned bearish, <<<

Many on SI were bearish a full year before that ,some didn't bet against it , some did and paid for it.It was a mania recognized by many astute investors here who watched in total disbelief.

The first REAL sign of the telecom trouble was pointed out here by bambs with the CAPEX decline. It took a while for me to catch onto what bambs was getting at , but once realized , I too knew the game was over.

So..calling a top in April was a good call...now let's see you call the bottom <GGG>

Regards,

KC
