Some of my best friends are Mac users.-g- I've spent a lot of time helping people with both their PCs and their Macs. Computers for the most part, any computer, are too difficult for the average person to maintain. I simply find it insulting to have those commercials imply that somehow I'd be a much happier computer user if I switched. Primarily because I've seen the pain on both sides. I can just as easily call one of my Mac buddies on a bad computer day, as I can my PC buddies. You tell from the sound of their voice almost immediately. All computers are a pain in the ass when they don't work as expected.
