Anybody who bought TIVO since its IPO has lost money -- everyone. It is trading at an all-time low and down 95% from its IPO. The earlier you bought TIVO, the more you would have lost. It is still a very pricey stock and you don't have a clue if it can stand up to the competition if and when this ever becomes worth pursuing. Its a real long-shot. That has been sinking into its stock price-year-after year. It probably will never sink in with you. Good luck.
