it doesn't surprise me that HAL is a bit twitchy because my own "hal" was giving so many half-hearted buy signals i had to put in a special rule just to deal with it. doing so saved my ass more than once.

if i live long enough to see a serious rally -g- i'll probably have to add a symmetrical rule for sell signals.

With a Fed model = -30 and other things, Hal knows the
turn is near, but Friday's new Nasdaq low has forced
Hal back to square one.
