why did you trust the stats of this group. Aren't you concerned that they might have an agenda.

I have been reading Electronic Intifada for over a year. I have found it to be highly reliable. I have been posting their articles on SI to virulent and intelligent Zionists, and no one has ever discredited EI.

And even if its true do you really believe that the Israelis would not in a nanosecond agree to peace if the arabs would stop their terror.

Actually, we have a perfect "control" for your proposed experiment. In 1981, the PLO and Israel signed a cease-fire agreement on the Lebanese border. Over the next year, the PLO abided by the cease-fire, despite 2777 Israeli violations of the agreement. During this time, the entire Arab world drew up a full peace treaty to present to Israel (the Fahd peace plan). Israel rejected this as a "peace offensive" and sent fighter jets over Saudi oil fields as a threat. Israel then decided to invade Lebanon, publicly claiming the need to stop cross-border terrorism, eventually killing 20,000-40,000 Arabs.

Just one example of many . . .
