Nightowl, Looks like they are doing very well and the fromats will converge at the lowest feature size they can make. With DRAM being smallest and winning, but FRAM being cloe enough to grab some share, esp for non volatile applications.
It may well threateb embedded flash since it seems to have far more read-write cycle ability.

Sad that Intel and AMD are missing this boat? Maybe Intel/AMD know that FRAM is behind the curve and will never catch up so they see no need to make it.
TI has no good inhouse flash ability and so they want to take a run at it.

I wonder if TI wants to use this with their image processing stuff?
