Personally I am bothered by the bizarrely square shape of Tom Ridge's head. Also appearing with Bush was Hastart. I think the gist of his speech was to stand up for Paul O'Neill his sec of treas who's been getting heat due to a perception that he is inept. Gosh, "inept" describes about everyone in the Bush admin, and of course, "crooked" describes many as well.
