What I'm worried about is
non-public evidence that hasn't hit the news yet.

Art Cashun just said that on cnbc - said he's afraid that what we need is a bad headline that will just make the last bull give in.

I think that it's lurking out there -

"MSFT and DELL are breaking down"

This qtr. is going to give us the obvious break in all these companies that have managed to trade sideways. Look at yesterday's trade in JBL or CSCO - same thing. What about QCOM which is slightly up this morning. Smart money antics. Everything I see tells me QCOM is going lower this week giving us a crack in its armor. Lets talk about MERQ and CREE, which have been either trading higher or holding up pretty well lately. CREE has also been the topic of conversation on some boards. Anyway, both of these stocks are trading in a technical twilight zone. Although they are trading well, they are doing so against a huge wall of pressure that is going to hit them. When I tie that pressure together with a market that is pushing all stocks lower, the only conclusion I can get is someone is distributing shares. Both of these stocks have opened higher here but I think their turn is very close at hand.

Time will tell.
