And I doubt if today you asked average joe (he makes up the jury), you will find that hardly anyone would recognize tony's name, and even fewer would know why he was arrested and then of course even less that would actually care.

Yes, CNN, but not local TV

The local TV networks went crazy when the 911 stuff came up. I think most people watch local news. Probably most stock people watch CNN and CNBC.
