well the naz is slightly lower than the 96 "irrational exhuberance speech" an interesting little anecdote.

Anyway what I'm looking for wrt the pundits is kindof what you are willing to say... (didn't you say this)... the tech bubble started inflating in 95, therefore we go back there. Period. Thats fine, make a prediction. But this- "yeah we are near a bottom but not THE bottom"... is such murkyspeak. Kindof the equivalent of an individual stock- "we are in a trading range", in other words, hell if I know where we are going. I mean anyone can see we are near a bottom- it sure isn't a top afterall!
