Bankruptcy just closes the doors so another set of criminals can rape the remains in privacy. All this tough talk by our regulators and congressfolks is like a couple kids blithering in the school yard. Lots of threatening talk but very little blood. They all go to their fancy homes and drink good whiskey courtesy of those of us stupid enough to invest with them. regards
