But C has in the past been one of the best run banks. What about weak banks? What if housing falls? Btw... my sister decided not to buy spyders yesterday because for some reason she got worried that her broker would go under not because she was worried stocks wouldn't come back. She uses schwab, and no amount of me telling her I thought they would be ok, would convince her that there wasn't risk so she still has her cash. See why I worry? My sister and I are both in good enough financial shape to buy whatever we want but we both want to keep cash and will not care if we avoid rallies or possible profits.... and neither of us talked the other one into our views. They were formed independently without discussion with each other. TA
