The cornet. I was a bit of a boy-wonder as a kid, but I gave it up in first year university. Didn't play for 20 years and only took it up again recently. I also play guitar, but I am a total hack. I like to bang out Tom Waits tunes, or John Hiatt, or even some country silliness, you know, music to jam-by on the boat when we're all a bit loaded ('cept the skipper of course -g). Where I live we get together regularly in somebody's shop or living room to play some tunes. It's a wonderful time and it's with people who have no idea whatsoever about the market.
