You need to get the facts i'm going by what i see everyday from living here, working in the industry, and what the experts say.

Cool- well I'd love to get the facts based on what the experts say... you know there is a Real Estate section in the newspaper here every sunday, lots of "experts" quoted- except, its about as biased as a newsletter put out by Abby Jo. Just this last weekend, in the business section of the SF chron, was a factual article on the last time a tech recession hit and what it did to housing prices (down 30%)- and how sales have slowed and some areas are declining. This gels with what I am observing.

On the "Real Estate" section however- absolutely no indication of a slowdown and a profile of a new development of million$ homes on the cover. The advertising $$ from the RE industry make accurate assessments difficult to get.
