Jeff

What is Apple's policy about "opening the case" in any of the Apple computers for purposes of changing the video or upgrading ram etc? What about software alterations?

Is it possible or does any Apple supplier customize Apple computers. I remember back a few years this was possible, using 3rd party Mac Clones, is that option still available?

Thanks

Don

To tell you the truth, one would like OSX to run on other hardware, if it ran better than (or at least equal to) windoze on the same hardware and if it did even better when running on comparable Apple hardware. In the context of the box we have been discussing, is that possible to engineer?
