Ah-hah! Clint and Stefan both alive and well! As MS would say, "that's a good thing" (very much indeed!) And Harry! carrying this forum pretty much by himself during these awful times. Beaucoup Kudos! I'm very happy that the old crew from the 90's is still kickin'!

Still not convinced that this is the real thing. Breadth on both the NAZ and NYSE just edged positive in the last two hours and UP/DOWN volume only in the 4-5:1 range. Aftermarket is not strong.

Staying mainly with some beaten down biotech, medical/lab, and retailers.

Happy trails..

HI STEFAN, Harry, Suresh, RTS, Doc, Jim, Xcr600, et al.

Finished a 4-mo project on Monday with cisco so I have some breathing room.

Thanks for thinking about me. I do check this board from time to time & see that old friends are still around. Not as active as they(we) were a few years ago which makes sense given how brutal and volatile the market has been. The more volatile it becomes the more time you have to spend watching it on daily basis. Given how important it is to have a job, and to a greater degree hold on to your job(!), we are better off concentrating more on our jobs than the market.

So cisco is going to report after the close. Big deal, not! They are doing better than competition because of their size (customers shying away from buying from startups and smaller outfits). It is still awful out there. A few years ago, we talked about cyclical nature of technology and we meant ~4 months. Remember? Now that means ~4 years. Hopefully it will come back next year otherwise I could be axed too.

Take care;

Clint
