UBS Warburg is the analyst that was whipsawed at the last earnings announcement. Downgrading ahead and then upgrading a couple of weeks later.

There is something really screwy with the text of the UBS downgrade. Quite recently they were talking about 85 million CDMA subscribers for calendar year 2002 based on the CDG numbers and there was concern about meeting that. Now they are talking not meeting roughly the same number and it is for 2003 and for INDUSTRY demand (not just CDMA subscribers).
