That was my thought that a contract manufacturer will always get cut out first.

In general that means fewer equipment orders. It is definitely a "negative". Coming after many semis and equips forecast flat to lower revenues and orders for Q3 over Q2, it is hard to determine "how negative". The market has given a one day assesment, very.
