Thanks liftoph. I don't know much at all about BEAS' market arena. Any input you can offer is helpful. My 'expertise' is with the customer service portion of the CRM market arena - i.e. SEBL's arena. By the way. Is your info "seat of the pants" "gut feel" kind of stuff or do you have any market numbers to back up your beliefs? Don't stress it if you don't. "Gut feel" from someone who is working in that market is important to know as well.
