HJ: The bubble is, and yet at the same time is not, over -- the tech sector has not finished washing its dirty laundry (expensing stock options) and there is more work on the downside to correct absurd tech valuations -- the rest of the market (non-tech stocks) is ready to form a base and move higher -- that is my story and I am sticking to it. I am not so sure about the banks. I would not want to own JPM with the fan on high and so much shit in the air.
