I read it as the news August 14th from the internal Boies investigation is so (likely to be) bad, that their hand was forced to act before the past "inaccuracies" are disclosed. They want to show a clean sweep, and this is their best shot. But debt is still debt, and this company at best is worth 1.0 times revenues, less debt, so the upside, for me, was hit after hours today.
