It sounds as though what is needed is something like the "Teacher Exchange Newsletter" in which teachers can write in with their best ideas, and the newsletter can go out monthly, or semi-monthly, or quarterly, or whatever. Bypass all the educational "establishment" and get teachers talking directly to teachers. It could be backed up with a web site, but would initially come as a printed newsletter. Hmmm . . . a new business opportunity for P when she "retires" in two years?? Would you be on the Editorial Board if it got started somehow?
