Just talked to a buddy and he was pissed about that bill. He said:

" How is it the USA can forgive defaulting 3rd world countries, then screw their own citizens when sh*t gets bad and remove a viable option for those under financial distress. Also, big companies like K-Mart, Enron and WorldCom can BK, but mom & pop with growing investment loses and increasing IRS audits, can't BK. All this while seeing corporate crooks get away will massive fraud and staggering insider stock sales. What an absolute travesty! "
