If you got your kid's tuition in a stock scam or total loser, that's the real problem right there. No sane investor would do that. Tony played otcbb and pinks generally. That's no place for tuition money. Why not say that you had some money for poor old granny's operation in a sound investment and tony went and shorted it all away from you by "bashing," "shorting and distorting." What tony did was legal and good for the market and investors. He did not distort or lie. If an investor sees the stock start to tank, he should do some dd and find out why. He shouldn't just sit there in a burning house going "ow, I'm really getting burned here. Think I'll just sit tight til I'm nice and crispy, then I'll just blame it on the person who called the fire dept."
