Good luck. So many countries are much further ahead on this notion, right? They try. Oft called, "socialized medicine" for some reason, people who have it often lay around in overcrowded hospital hallways, unattended. People who have it often flock to the U.S. for help otherwise unavailable.

People recognize the above facts, and thus that without socialized medicine, America often leads the way.

Advancements created "only in America," often help masses of people including the poor. People don't want to lose the system that fosters such advancements.

People put it all together, and they rightly don't want socialized medicine in the U.S.
