You are no doubt are one of the many pea-brains who fell, head over heels, for the Lyndon Johnson fraud: "If we could win a war against Germany and Japan, we can win a 'war on poverty' and a 'war on ill-health'." The utter stupidity of that era is what we are still trying to recover from today.
