He didn't say something very specific by this statement: "we have the best yield in the world". You could divide fab yield in let say 3 categories: the poor one in the last 1/3, the good one in the second third and finally the best one in the top third. And very probably AMD as well as Intel are in the best category. It's not very different from our stupid PM Chrétin that say hundred times a year that we Canadian live in the best country in the world.
