Does anyone here think there is a place for Technical Analysis of Gorillas and Kings as a basis for entry and exit positions? I only ask because I am slightly disillusioned with Buy and Hold (for obvious reasons) but not quite ready to let go of the concepts put forth by Moore,et al, regarding the TALC. In my opinion the Fundamental Analysis has already been done, which places the G&K candidates on our lists in the first place. The only thing left IMO is to figure out an equally brilliant strategy for taking and closing positions in our stocks. I am moving towards TA myself, but, being a newbie, would like to know if anyone has found certain buy/sell metrics (indicators) that make sense at various locations along the TALC. I've been on this thread from day one and don't recall this subject ever having been explored.
