But sometime when you feel as such, I would be glad to read about them.. Because every little (wo)man's, (by that I mean noncelabatory,(<sp> if that is a word) struggle to achieve some progress is just as important as the "celebrated" ones IMO.

And BTW, I am not defending unions in the present day, as I have no experience with them.. I was only saying what happened before the work force had to do something..

.......As a disclaimer, I have never been a member of a union or have a ever taken a day of unemployment insurance..Basically I have always been on the other side of the fence.. Managing or consulting for the mineral industry.. Plus co-starting my own exploration company, of which I sold out my interest in the early 90's..

But I understand, the other side, and that there are people out there that were not as fortunate as I was in the business sense for whatever reasons.. And a person can not forget about them and their take on the situation..(EDITED SLIGHTLY from first draft).
