That's one way to characterize it. The Dow rally does not impress me. If I were a bull, I'd be worried. The Dow is still only approaching the .382 retracement off the top and is only now in the region of the wave 4 of lesser degree (7/15 low to 7/15 high). Remember, I think this rally is a 'iv of 3' (or perhaps a larger '4', but that not so important actually), so these two targets give you the most likely area for a retracement. If it goes beyond that, then I will begin to worry. Nothing that happened today changes anything for me. I can not see how it could. bearforum.com
