Yes, but only if it's a valid possibility AND if one thinks it is going to happen soon.

I can't trade on the fact that IBM may be valued at $15 or MSFT at $10 if some strict accounting standard forces more conservative accounting standards. Why? Becuase I don't think it will happen soon, if ever, so how can I possibly position myself? Are you going to short those two stocks tomorrow? Next month? Next July? See what I mean?

It's just not enough of a possibility to worry about yet, at least for me.
