I consider the notion that the NYTimes is left wing to be ironically hilarious,

Yes, and we on the "Right" find it frustrating to deal with someone who does not realize this. Better that 80%, (and really closer to 90%), of the people who work for the NYT, WP, and the other major papers, have never voted for a Republican.

Part of the media Bias that we are talking about is that you people on the left consider it perfectly fine to refer to those on the right, as "Right Wing," but get really pissed if we want you referred to as "Left Wing".

The media bias that gets us is not carried out by attacks on political causes by the media that can be labeled left or right. It is not demonstrated by counting up how many times Clinton has been nailed in the Times for his actions vs the same count on Bush. Of course they attack both sides. But the day by day journalism is slanted.

It is the attitude that you, and the people like you in the media, have that you are "moderates" who take an even handed approach to both sides. The "slant" we complain about is not a "Left Wing Conspiracy," but just the "Pack" Journalism that is practiced by people who all have Liberal Arts Degrees and work for newspapers and TV stations where they all think alike. The voting records proves it. It gives them a "left" look on life that automatically slants stories without them even being aware of it.
