Actually, that's probably right. MS has just concluded a review by the SEC with a "no change".

It reminds one of the story about the election in Stratfordshire, England for the office of Shire Reeve, from which name we get Sheriff in the US.

The were 6 candidates, and one had just gotten out of a mental institution.

And he ran under the slogan, that since he had just received a certificate of sanity, he was the only candidate who could prove he was sane.

I sure hope Bill reads this thread. :)
