And I'm reminded of years of almost nothing but insults dear. It's just such a lovely think to meditate upon. Roses, dewdrops, whiskers on kittens, and Bill's insults.

Gosh, there might be a song in that.

(BTW if you think posting your dream of what you understood in first grade was what I meant by academic/scholarly accomplishments, you are mistaken, but it IS an interesting way to perceive the whole thing. I applaud your creativity. From a psychological point of view I always find it interesting when adults try to reconstruct what they think they "knew" as very young children. It is always amusing, and something I might very well be inclined to mock. Unless you have a written record, kept contemporaneously by your parents, your memories of what you think you knew, are overlain with so much revisionism they are probably worthless. JMO)
