Another thing. Has anyone noticed the eerie similarities between the real estate analysts coming on CNBC and the dot com analysts from days of yore? Everyone when asked "Do you think we are in a RE bubble" Answers "No, not at all. This is different that the internet bubble of the 90s." Okay. they're all different. Apples and oranges are different But they're both still fruit.
