Don't be concerned about it. The way I see it is congress is trying to pass laws that will level the playing field.
In other words making it a little more rewarding for average investors to climb Wall Streets big mountain.

I think the issue of the day 'are we sliding into a recession?'I think not -- but the data have been very worrisome these past couple of days. If the employment report is encouraging tomorrow, the market will move up. If not, well I will be selling as fast as I can.

Huh? It seems if there is only penalties for lying, commiting fraud and various other illegal activities, the those the abide by the law have no problem.
