Patricia, you can try to repait your IE: start>programs>accessories>system tools>system info>tools

but I would just install IE6. It kept all my favorites when I did it. OE kept the address book.

Patricia

Is the etrade program a downloaded program from etrade? Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling it? Is the software from work with the firewall blocking it from calling home to Etrade?

Pat, I’m not sure if our problems are related. A while back I deleted a program and ever since then I cannot get my confirmations to print from Fidelity using IE. When pulling up the page I don’t even see the pdf button. However, when using Netscape I have no problem. Fidelity was not able to help me resolve the problem. I even installed the new IE over the old one and still had the same problem (probably should have deleted it first). My guess is that some how I may have a bad dll file somewhere.

Have you tried to use Netscape to access Etrade Market Trader or do you have to use IE???
