Granted, George W. Bush is more conservative than his dad. Are you saying Democrats are more mainstream than Republicans? I think that might be an issue of region.

How exactly have they done that? I can see the overt influence religion has on Ascroft and I see it as a negative.

But, with GW you have someone who has real moral character. He wouldn't hesitate in telling the religious right to back off if it became necessary.

Think for yourself! You're smarter than that.

Bush is exactly who we needed for this mess, and I believe most americans feel the same (all approval ratings remain in the 60's, despite the market hell, and all the back stabbing by the dems)...
