I do wonder if these statements do open the corporate officers up to personal liability......if it effectively pierces the corporate veil by moving things beyond simple negligence.

I'm not a lawyer, so it should be assumed that I am talking out of my derriere.

We do have a couple of legal beagles on the thread, so maybe they will answer.

I agree with you on the toothlessness of this bill.
I stated earlier I think it is a farce, nothing more.
It isn't going to make those committing the crimes stop.
This is nothing more than a fly buzzing around.
Not even worthy of exerting the energy to try to kill it
