I'm all for nailing those who may have committed fraud -- Lay, Fastow, Winnick...

btw, The Financial Times claims Lay extracted close to $250 Million from Enron and its shareholders while he was destroying the company...Its amazing how quickly we can indict Adelphia execs BUT the former Enron and Global Crossing execs are still free.

SHouldn't Winnick be getting some massive press attention? even a perp walk?

With Trent Lott right beside him in ankle bracelets. That might restore some investor confidence.
