Knocking gores military record is a slap in the face to any who had the courage to serve during Vietnam. It sets him head and shoulders above creeps like Clinton W and Cheney who used every trick they could to keep themselves out of harms way while other risked their lives and and gave up years of time to serve the country. Shame on you.

You can't deny the facts that were posted... they are official National Guard records, publicly available:

1) W's refusal to take the required medical exam (after random drug testing was incorporated into the exams).

2) The official punishment of that refusal.

#) The only thing I said was 'alleged' was his AWOL status while in Alabama working on a political campaign... Though everyone from the commander of that Alabama base - on down to many others at the base during that period - have sworn Bush never showed up to do his required service there.
