Albert, re: I did not say fraud but rather issues. Intel can not choose which law it wants to obey while supporting the laws in general, it does not work like that anymore. Intel's 'flexible' accounting may no longer be acceptable. Mentioned cost calculations are one of the biggest problems so you can hardly call it a competitive edge unless intel is really going for "fraud". You seem to be suggesting that Intel is guilty of accounting fraud. That's a pretty serious accusation against Bryant and Barrett, and others at Intel. Do you have any proof, or are you just very casual with criminal accusations? John
