he is buying the debt. Big difference. I agree with you...but IMO I thought it was interesting that the Business sector had that as one of the featured articles. IMO the article implies (although, they state it is risky)...that Warren Buffett is buying in these areas while others are selling. So...the implication might be, if Warren Buffett is buying, maybe the average investor should be buying too. From the article: "It's feeding time for billionaire investor Warren Buffett. The Oracle of Omaha is gobbling up assets on the cheap while many in the investment world are retreating or frozen with fear." and... "No one has the clout, reputation and attention that he gets," said Stephen R. Wilcox, president of the brokerage Kelton International in New York."
