The people involved in Hamas and Hizbollah are totally tied in with people who want to take us out. They are terrorists. It is their announced policy and reason for being. Do you want us to get these people, or do you want us to stop and let them off?

Sorry, you lost me on this one. How is the above germane to attacking Iraq?

Bill,

Do you have any evidence, a link, something, that this is true of Hamas. My impression was their aims were local, anti-Israeli, not against the US, save our presence in the ME served Israeli interests.

And, the more I think about it, I don't recall seeing evidence that "Hizbollah" intends to attack the US homeland.

Also, what does "tied in with" mean in terms of a link? And how catastrophic and homeland targeted is the phrase "take us out"?

Or was this post one of those that gets us all in trouble, late night we get ready to head for large generalization?
