It's amazing to me. Are most economists that stupid, that they think they can just look back to the last recession or two, and whip out their rule books, and determine likely outcomes??

This rule book hasn't even been written yet.

The world has changed. Half the world works for 2 bucks a day. Cheap labor and products abound.

But, their best guide is the 29 bubble, IMO.

You know, Dr. Greenie speaks highly of derivative use and productivity, LOL ;-)
