Ted, I've been through the neighborhoods of Bellevue, and the place seems very fitting for a restaurant like Remedy. What better place to open up a trendy lounge than the city that brought us Starbucks? ;-)

About the economy, I hear you. Maybe that's the best time to start a new restaurant, right at the start of the next boom. Hopefully. Besides, I'd better be doubly sure before I quit my day job for this thing. By the time I decide, the recession would probably be long gone.

<By chance, did you try the coconut curry? I can't imagine how it would taste......>

An even better reason to open up such a restaurant in the Pacific NW. ;-)

No, I didn't have a chance to try the coconut curry. I did have a friend at college cook fruit curry for me before. That tasted quite good, surprisingly. Maybe that ought to be a new dish in the restaurant? Nah, not "exotic" enough. ;-)
