Paul, OTC is Nasdaq, right? Since we're talking bullish percent [not price] maybe previous years' lows don't need to be revisited. For example: stock xyz is at $50 and a PnF SELL, 2 years later it's at $5 and a Pnf BUY. I cannot say at $5 it's overpriced just because it's on a BUY signal. Similarly ALL stocks in a group could be SELLS [bp=0%] and still continue to fall. Ever thought of that? Not that I expect it to happen.
