>Ever thought of that?< Nope, but the bull percentage are just based on the statistical bell shaped curve. IMO, this just gives us some statistical reference as what took place in the past. By looking at the low years we can have some idea that we MAY be getting closer to the bottom. In other words, the "Down side risk is less than the potential upside gain." However, there is no absolute certainty
