Chat Notes 8/5 9:30 PM

Daily Signals (Closing Basis)

SOX: CLASS 1 BUY

NAZ, NDX, RUT: CLASS 2 BUY

DOW, SPX, OEX: OVERSOLD

TRANSPORTS: Borderline OVERSOLD, with an Imperfect 3-BLACK CROWS.

Donald noted the 3-BLACK CROWs which developed today in the DOW, SPX, OEX, NAZ, NDX. He is wondering if these crows may hinder a successful retest of the lows.

Don closed all of his short positions today, after a profitable run, but he noted there could still be further downside.

Donald mentioned a possible, eventual downside target for the NDX of 600.

Paul. Right. These 1 or 2 day ramps

are classice Bear Market stuff.

Run in the shorts. Suck in more longs. Then pound them.

Notice a lot of our aircraft are missing - from even 6 months ago. SA II as well as other SI threads don't take long to read, anymore.

As in the other big bears I've worked my way through, more will fade away before this LT crusher bear hug is over. Let's call it: The Capitulation Of Silence.

still holding 1/2 GLG position, even though it broke below my stopout level (7.88). It climbed back above today. As I've mentioned before, my hats off to those who have traded gold stocks profitably. It's been wild but I'm giving the cup and handle on this stock the benefit of the doubt. So far, it's come out shining like gold <ggg>.
